Technical Lead
Chia Wei
Chia Wei is our technical lead. Everything technical goes through him: 3D renders, visual effects, production workflows, and the distribution setup that makes sure content performs after it goes live. SEO, SEM, and digital performance are his too.
Creative Lead
Chun Man
Chun Man is our creative lead. He's the person you talk to when there's a new idea. He builds the storyboards, design frameworks, and visual narratives that give every project a clear direction before production starts. He won't move forward until the idea is solid enough to build on.
Engagement Lead
Lai Yee
Lai Yee is our engagement lead. She handles how the work lives after it's made: social strategy, event coverage, community engagement, and platform formats. She makes sure what gets produced actually reaches the right people. If it's out there but no one's seeing it, that's her problem to fix.
